HOW TO ORDER - Ordering Process
In order to place an order with Araliya Trading Company Ltd. The process is simple and straight forward. with years of experience in Japanese automobile exports, your auto buying experience is simple and easy, our experienced staff always guarantees the accuracy of documentation so you don`t have to face difficulties in the customs clearance process. Please follow the simple steps to place an order for your quality used car from Araliya Trading Company Ltd.

1. Locate the automobile that you wish to purchase
You can search for your automobile through our website at www.araliyatrading.com. The website lists what we have in stock and what is available through our special buys. Identify the stock number at the top of each page. Check to see if the vehicle is active/available or inactive/sold. Contact us through our website or Skype, Phone or email and place your order. It is possible that the car you are searching for might have already sold out and not available in our stock. In that case, please contact one of our sales representatives so that we can purchase a similar / comparable vehicle from one of the Japanese auto auctions on your order. Our staff is well trained in dealing with Japanese car auctions and will guarantee the best prices and a comparable automobile.

2. Reserving your vehicle
Once you have researched and made your choice over the car or cars you want to buy, you can reserve them quickly before any other person reserves it. You can reserve a car or cars for a maximum of 72hours (3 days). You have to make a partial payment of 50% of the confirmed price within three days or (72 hours ) of confirmation of the order. If you fail to make a payment within 72 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. Have no fear if the vehicle is sold we will arrange for you a comparable vehicle without delay.
Place your Reservations Online
You can reserve by logging on to www.araliyatrading.com. Simply follow these steps.
1. Register at http://www.araliyatrading.com
2. Login to Araliya Trading site
3. Click on Our Stock.
4. Locate your desired car and click on it. (You can select from clicking on image.) and go to the detail page.
5. Click "Order Now" button in the detail page.
6. In the ordering page click the "order" button again to confirm the order by clicking "I Accept".
You can view your reservations in our stock marked as reserved. You can cancel reservations you have made, in the car detail page.

3. Confirm your reservation by making a Deposit
You have to make a partial payment for your reserved vehicle within 72hours (3 days). In case, we don't receive a payment for a reserved car within that period, your reservation will be cancelled. The Amount of initial payment for reserved car depends on several facts. You can get to know the specific / initial payment you have to make for a reserved car by contacting one of our sales representatives. Normally, the deposit is 50% of the CIF value of the vehicle you have reserved. We accept Telegraphic Transfers, PayPal payments. Please visit Payment Options for more detail.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS PLACED FROM THE AUCTIONS ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMERS AT THEIR OWN REQUEST ARE NOT POSSIBLE TO BE CANCELLED. BY DOING SO DEPOSIT FUNDS HELD BY ARALIYA CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PURCHASE. FOR INSTANCE IF YOU REQUEST US TO PURCHASE A SPECIFIC VEHICLE OR VEHICLES FOR YOU FROM THE JAPANESE OR OTHER AUCTIONS, WE REQUEST A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE PRIOR TO US MAKING THE PURCHASE FROM THE AUCTIONS. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU CANCELL YOUR REQUEST ONCE WE HAVE PLACED THE ORDER AND PROCURED THE SAID VEHICLE/VEHICLES FROM THE AUCTIONS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE INVOICE VALUE OR TRANSFER SAID DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER VEHICLE PURCHASE.

4. Processing of your Order and Shipping of your vehicle
Once we have received your initial deposit payment for your order, we initiate processing your order and arrange your shipment. Once your vehicle has been reserved the vehicle will available for purchase by other customers. It will indicate as Inactive /Sold. Once your vehicle is shipped, we will send to you via email or fax a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
5. Balance Payment
The copy of the bill of lading indicates that your vehicle is in transit, this is when your full and final portion of your payment needs to be made. Please arrange for the balance payment and send us your bank receipt / confirmation through email or fax advising us of your confirmed form of remittance acceptable by Araliya Trading Co. After receiving the full payment for your specific order we will send you original documents through recognized courier services such as FEDEX, DHL or UPS to name a few. At this point you can arrange for the clearing of your vehicle through customs.
6. Custom Clearance
The original Documents you have received can be handed to your clearing agent in order for you to redeem your cargo. Other tariffs may apply based on your country.
