HOW TO ORDER - Payment Details

Our customers have the option of paying in US$ or Japanese Yen for their orders. Please use the appropriate account for the currency of your choice. Customers have the option of Paying by LC (Letter Of Credit), TT (telegraphic Transfer) or through PayPal gateway (Please use This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as the receivers email address when requested by the PayPal system). Once you have made a payment through any of the above payment methods please send us your payment confirmations via email or fax (do not send via regular mail).

Steps to follow:
Once you receive your Proforma invoice with the CIF value via Email OR Fax:

• A 50% deposit of the CIF value is required within three (3) days of reserving vehicles.

• Once we receive confirmation of your payment via fax or email from our customer, we will proceed to process the order for shipping. Once confirmation from PayPal or the Financial institution that the funds have been placed in the account we will proceed to ship the Vehicle
  
  
• All deposit payments must be made by wire transfer or PayPal only to one of the banks based on the currency to be used. Once making payment, it is necessary to fill out customer info, companies/ Individuals information/ Name etc. On the financial documentation / bank receipt or wire transfer confirmation. Your company name is Important. Also we require a copy of the bank receipt by fax or email. We can accept irrevocable L/C at sight (not all countries, certain restrictions apply). Please contact our sales team to clarify any specific details.
  
  
• The vehicle will be shipped by the next available vessel after receiving the initial payment.
  
  
• We will email you the copies of the bill of lading (B/L) and the canceled registration document to confirm the shipment.
  
  
• The original documents will be posted to you via courier service after you complete the full payments of the shipment.
