PAYMENT OPTIONS - Terms Of Trade

Welcome to Araliya Trading Company Ltd.

We are glad to assist you in your vehicle needs. All our prices on the website are quoted in Japanese yen, FOB JAPAN. We can quote you rates CIF OR C&F as well. Once you have given us your port of destination of the cargo we will instantly get you a freight cost that needs to be added along with any incidental fees to your FOB PRICE, along with any Marine insurance if you so desire. We will quote you C&F Pricing based on the country we are exporting to unless you require us to provide Marine Insurance, certainly marine insurance charges will be added to your costs appropriately. We are open to negotiation and inquiries at all times so please feel free to contact us with your questions and concerns.

Our Terms of Payment is Simple and effective


  • On confirmation of an order with Araliya, a 50% deposit is required prior to shipment on the fully contracted price of the vehicle. Upon confirmation of your order, customers have three days or (72 hours )To make the payment to Araliya. This payment can be made either by Telegraphic Transfer or by PayPal secure payment method . CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY please contact us for further details. Once payment confirmation is received we will send you a confirmation of funds notice and Immediately start to process your request.

  • Once deposit of 50% is received and the order is processed, the vehicle is transported to the closest shipping yard awaiting export. For some reason if the customer at this point requests us to hold the vehicle for a certain period of time or decides to cancel the order, all relevant costs along with cancelation fees and port and or storage charges will apply to customers account. (The Cancelation fee is JPY 35,000.00) Other charges incurred vary based on length of time and other related factors.† Refunds will be remitted back to the customer after the deduction of all relevant costs that have been incurred by Araliya Trading Company Ltd.

  • The Balance 50% portion of the payment on the vehicle is due once the vehicle has been loaded aboard the vessel and shipped. We will then fax to you copies of the shipping documents as evidence of shipment. Once we receive confirmation of the Balance 50% portion of the funds to our account, we will send via courier the original documents for the customer to clear the vehicle. If for some reason the customer is unable to settle the balance due (50%) portion once the vessel arrives at the port of destination, the vehicle will be re exported after notification to the customer. In this instance the customer will lose all the deposit funds paid to Araliya, †along with† all costs incurred by Araliya in returning the vehicle back to itís warehouse in Japan. (Freight charges to and from destination, penalties, vanning, documentation charges ground transportation etc. and all other related charges including our cancellation fee) will be charged to the customer.

  • Araliya Trading states information on its website on its vehicles as accurately as possible, rest assured that when we provide information to you it is directly from the source. We are dealers in used automobiles so please be aware that they are not new unless otherwise stated. Each vehicles condition may vary. Araliya Trading will strive to provide you with a vehicle of† quality at all times.

  • Please recognize that once Araliya hands the vehicle to vessel for shipment our responsibility of damages etc. end at that point. Any damages or blemishes that arise after the vehicle has been loaded into the vessel are the buyerís responsibility. We recommend that you purchase marine insurance to protect your asset. Araliya trading would be glad to assist you with obtaining such insurance or you may purchase said insurance from your own sources.

  • If we have procured a vehicle at the customerís request and the customer cancels the order prior to the vehicle being shipped. Araliya trading will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the CIF value of the vehicle. This would be deducted from the initial deposit. But If you purchase a vehicle from our in stock vehicles / inventory and you cancel the order within 24 hrs, customers will not be charged for this If you decide to use your deposit funds for another vehicle from our own inventory. If we refund the customer their funds from the initial deposit at the customers request , Araliya trading reserves the right to charge all relevant fees and costs stated on its Terms of Trade document along with all bank and related charges to be e deducted and the balance will be remitted back to the customer. Exceptions may apply.

  • . For some reason if the cancellation is done after 24 hour, a cancelation fee will apply, this would be JPY 35,000. Up to a purchase of JPY 1,500,000. All other purchases over the JPY 1,500,000 mark, CANCELLATION fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Other shipping /booking pre shipment charges may apply depending on what stage of the order status you are in.

  • Araliya Trading works on a first come first serve basis. If your deposit payment reaches us late and after the allotted time, †the vehicle may already be sold. In this case we will refund the customer all the funds received less bank fees or if you request apply these funds to another purchase. Certain restrictions may apply. All refunds will be sent back to originating bank or financial institution where remittance was originated,( AS PER BANKING LAWS)

  • Please contact us for special terms and rates if you are planning to remit or make payment of the total contracted value of your invoice in full (100%), concessions will be awarded on a case by case basis in certain instances.


    Please note that Araliya Trading Company Ltd reserves the right to make necessary changes to its terms of trade without prior notice. This is due to the fact that certain laws and regulations may change in that we at Araliya have to follow.
